How do you manage people issues in a small or medium-sized charity or social enterprise? What’s the best approach when you don’t have a dedicated Human Resources team?
HR expert Sonia Wilson from Populo HR leads this free monthly drop-in to help support you and your organisation. There will be a brief update on employment legislation and people-related issues, followed by an open question-and-answer session with Sonia.
The session is for:
- small or medium-sized charities or social enterprises
- that do not have a dedicated Human Resources team
- and will typically have a turnover of less than £1 million per year
This session is not intended for qualified Human Resources professionals or staff of larger organisations.
In registering for this webinar, you acknowledge that you will respect the confidentiality of your organisation and those in the session. We remind attendees not to refer to specific individuals as part of the Q&A, although advice can be provided on organisational approaches to current issues. Advice cannot be provided to any individual subject to a process within their organisation.
