How do you manage people issues in a small or medium sized charity or social enterprise?

What’s the best approach when you don’t have a dedicated Human Resources team?

Experienced HR expert, Sonia Wilson from Populo HR will lead this free recurring monthly session to help support you and your organisation. It will include a brief update on employment legislation and people-related issues, followed by an open question and answer session with Sonia.

The session is aimed at:

  • small or medium sizes charities or social enterprises
  • that do not have a dedicated Human Resources team
  • and will typically have a turnover of less than £1 million pounds per year

This session is not intended for qualified Human Resources professionals or staff of larger organisations.

In registering for this webinar, you acknowledge that you will respect the confidentiality of your own organisation and those present in the session. We remind attendees not to refer to any specific individuals as part of the Q&A, although advice can be provided on organisational approaches to current issues. Advice cannot be provided to any individual who is the subject of a process within their own organisation.
