What have you always wanted to know about being a Volunteer Coordinator but were afraid to ask?! Risk assessments, role descriptions, rota management, managing volunteers’ wellbeing, and new CRM’s – these are all part of the life of a Volunteer Coordinator. Join us for this interactive session as we explore a variety of topics to hopefully make your day to day work a little easier.
We would love for you to send in your burning questions or areas where you would welcome some peer support. This could be on any subject linked to your role as Volunteer Coordinator. We will then compile an agenda to cover as much as we can, and through group discussions we can come up with solutions, recommendations and perhaps new ways of working.
Please submit your questions to amy.collins@can100.org by Thursday 30th November so that we have time to prepare the agenda.
Christmas jumpers optional! Tea, coffee and mince pies will be available from 9.45am onwards.
