It is particularly aimed at communities who may not access mainstream energy advice or may be excluded from energy support\, be in fuel poverty and at risk of high bills or unsafe energy practices at home. \nAction Hampshire provides online energy workshops to include information on fuel poverty\, carbon monoxide (CO) safety\, Priority Services Register (PSR) etc to enable organisations to deliver awareness messages to their beneficiaries and signpost to more specialist advice.
