Our thriving charity in the heart of the communities we serve is recruiting for a Young People’s Session Worker to support the personal, educational, creative and social development of children and young people in Bourne.

We run a youth session for two separate age groups on a Tuesday at Bourne Community Hub. This post holder will become part of a dedicated team led by our Senior Young People’s Worker and support delivery of two youth group sessions for children aged 9 to 11 and 12 to 14 years.

We need someone with:
– experience working with young people, including dealing with challenging behaviour
– patience, calm and compassion
– excellent aspirations for the young people
– a warm, welcoming enthusiastic outlook

If you can champion children and young people within our communities and work within a team focussed on delivering support to children and young people, we want to hear from you!
