Families and Babies Dorset (F.A.B.) are passionate about supporting families to make informed decisions about their baby feeding choices. They acknowledge, support, celebrate and empower all different types of breastfeeding journeys.

F.A.B. hosts weekly support/social groups across the county. These groups allow families to access support from trained peer supporters or just come for tea and biscuits and meet other mums/ families.

The F.A.B. shop in West Street, Wareham, BH20 4HB is another great place to get help from Volunteer Peer Supporters, from Monday-Saturday 10 am-4 pm, and of course to buy goods to support the charity. F.A.B. also have a supportive community on Facebook, recognising some families may not be able to attend face-to-face groups:
