Leading a Remote or Hybrid Non-Profit Team? Here’s How to Help Them Thrive.
Managing a hybrid team in the voluntary sector comes with unique challenges, such as balancing flexibility with connection and empathy with impact.
Join us for a practical lunchtime session with researcher Louise Ford as she reveals key findings from her Dorset-based study on leadership, remote working, and staff wellbeing in Third Sector SMEs. Discover research-backed strategies to foster a culture of trust, reduce burnout, and support your team no matter where they log in.
Louise says: “My research explores the relationship between leadership, remote/hybrid working, and employee wellbeing in Third Sector SMEs in Dorset before, during, and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The study examines how leadership behaviours, flexibility, and employee experiences interact to influence wellbeing. The findings highlight the importance of adaptive, empathetic and trust-based leadership.”
This session will consist of a presentation of Louise’s research, followed by an opportunity to ask questions.
