Would you like to build your knowledge and develop skills to support the successful implementation of innovative improvement solutions? Join the ‘Fundamentals of Innovation Adoption’ training, delivered by NHS Dorset and Health Sciences University (on behalf of the Dorset Innovation Hub), where you will be provided with the foundations to support a successful innovation adoption journey.

During this 1-day free training, you will:

• Explore the definition of innovation in a health and care setting.
• Learn about the key steps within an innovation adoption project.
• Develop skills in using supportive frameworks and tools.
• Use a case study example to test the application of learning in a linear journey through the day.

All training dates are in person and run from 10:00 to 16:30.
