As the Trusted Reviewers project comes to a close, we’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved for their contribution and support. The project has played an important role in supporting bespoke wellbeing requests for people with care and support plans and strengthening links across services.
With the project’s conclusion, the service providing personalised activity menus will close on 30th June 2026.
However, ongoing support is available. Professionals can continue to access the CAN Virtual Hub, which remains a valuable space for receiving timely responses to questions, accessing up-to-date Voluntary and Community Sector intelligence, connecting with peers and sharing knowledge. The hub is monitored by CAN Community Connectors and, with over 600 users, offers a strong network of support and collaboration.
In addition, CAN’s Access to Community Support & Services (ACSS) Service Finder remains available. Training can be provided for anyone who would like to make full use of this tool. Please contact servicefinder@can100.org
