A new weekly yoga session is launching in January to support local parents and carers with rest, movement and connection, thanks to a partnership between a local business, Wild & Free Therapy CIC and Diverse Abilities.
This gentle, beginner-friendly yoga class is designed especially for parents and caregivers, including those supporting children with additional needs. Held in a calming, inclusive studio space, it offers the chance to slow down, move mindfully, and take a breather, with the option to stay for a cuppa and chat afterwards.
Spring Term Dates
Thursdays 10 – 11 am
From 16 January – 27 March (term time only, no session 20 Feb)
At The Amethyst Cave, Boscombe, BH7 6AA
Who is it for?
Open to all parents and carers, especially those looking for a supportive space to unwind. No yoga experience needed.
Cost £12 per session. £50 for a 5-week block (2 blocks available: 1 before and 1 after half term). Some subsidised places are available for parent carers
