The Community Lounge and Kitchen

Working together with local volunteers this is a community initiative operating solely for public benefit.  Helping to strengthen our community and solidarity through kindness and goodwill.  Working together to create a happy and healthy community.

A free and welcoming community lounge

10 – 3pm on Tuesdays

Wimborne Community Centre, King Street Car Park, Wimborne.

Offering a clean warm space in which to be, do, learn and share.

As well as free hot beverages and snacks we will be facilitating a ‘pay what you can/pay it forward’ meal each session.

Also offering a chance to find out about growing, sourcing, preparing, cooking and storing food.

Sharing the cooking and eating together (or taking a share home for later).

We have a lovely sunny garden and warm, clean facilities with a baby changing area.

This space is for FREE for people to come and meet friends, work, do a hobby, join in, or have some peace and quiet.

This space is for the community.
