Become a Qualified Colour Works Foundation Course Deliverer

The Colour Works Foundation works with young people aged 15 to 25, helping them discover their strengths, build self-belief and develop the emotional intelligence and communication skills needed to thrive in life and work. Through our unique Colour Model, we empower young people to better understand themselves and others, improving relationships, confidence and decision-making.

Our Train the Trainer Programme is designed for individuals who would like to become qualified Colour Works Foundation Course Deliverers. Across two interactive days, participants explore emotional intelligence, personality preferences, communication styles and practical facilitation techniques. Following the training, delegates receive ongoing support as they progress towards qualification and gain experience delivering the programme to young people. Whether you work in education, youth support, employability or coaching, this is an opportunity to develop your skills while helping young people realise their potential.
