FLAiM is one of AIM Community’s programmes, and stands for ‘Flourish at AIM.’
AIMCommunity is a values-driven organisation dedicated to empowering children, young people, and young adults, as well as their families, through inclusive and creative opportunities that help build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging.

Each session is thoughtfully planned with the interests and goals of our clients at the heart of the work. Whether it’s attending fitness activities, volunteering in the community, taking part in a professional kitchen session, or enjoying a day trip with friends, FLAiM opens doors to experiences that foster independence, wellbeing, and joy”.
