Putting local knowledge together, plus keeping it relevant and personalised, saves you time in finding creative options for community support and helps us to build even more knowledge to help others – fast!

You will also:

• Understand any urgent messages and calls to action from the Integrated Care Partnership
• Contribute your knowledge and expertise to a collaborative live learning environment.
